Even though public liturgy has now ceased in our churches they remain open for private, individual, prayer – particularly on a Sunday morning. Opening times can be found on the newsletter, along with the intentions of the private Masses being celebrated by Fr John and Fr Jonathan. In visiting our churches at this time, we will observe with great care the practices of hygiene and the guidance on social distancing.

Since the earliest days of Christianity Sunday has marked a special day of prayer in thanksgiving for the resurrection of Christ. This remains the case even though there is no public celebration of the Eucharist. Please find below a liturgy prepared for us to use as families and individuals praying in our own homes this Sunday.
